Maths and Physics Tutor - Available for All Levels

Hi, I am a 23-year-old Physics Graduate from Edinburgh University. I have been tutoring for over 3 years and have experience tutoring Maths and Physics to students from 8 to 18. I achieved A*A*AA in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and DT at A-Level and can tutor any
level of Maths and Physics up to A level.

I have an enhanced DBS check to be able to work with children and I have had training in up to date teaching methods by an Education Charity called Get Further.

During this Covid-19 shutdown I am able to do remote tutoring sessions using the platform LearnCube.

I charge £30/hr for these sessions.

References from previous clients:

“Tom helped my daughter last summer with her GCSE maths, a subject that has never come naturally to her. Not only did she find the sessions incredibly helpful but also enjoyed them, much to my astonishment. I would certainly recommend him.”

“I can strongly recommend Tom. My son had several lessons with him and found them both enjoyable and immensely useful. Should set him up nicely for his A levels next Summer.”

“Tom did a great job helping my son with Maths. He was very patient and found ways for my son to try and remember methods and equations. I think being young really helped him to connect with my 16 year old, and he was really well equipped with past papers in order to provide really focussed support and exam preparation.”
