We undertake a range of jobs including hard and soft landscaping, handyman services, conversions and extensions, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, electrics, plumbing, flooring, carpets, painting and decorating and general building works. Penfield PM can also offer property management and consultancy services.
Qualifications include an RICS accredited degree in Property Development & Planning (BA Hons), full SMSTS, Level 4 NVQ in Residential Site Management. Our tradesman all hold the relevant CSCS cards and are accredited by Trading Standards, City and Guilds and the appropriate governing bodies relevant to each trade.
